Delivery, Returns and Cancellation Policy
1.1 Postage for all orders over £100 is free. Standard delivery for orders under £100 will be £3.99 (UK mainland only).
1.2 We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. You will be notified via email once your order has been accepted, processed and shipped. Please allow 7-14 working days for delivery.
1.3 Delivery of the goods will be made to the address you provided upon checkout and it is your responsibility to ensure you are available to take delivery of the order.
1.4 Every care will be taken by Ladies In The Field Ltd to ensure the items you have ordered are sent in perfect condition. If for any reason an item is delivered damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 working days at email@example.com, include your order number, full name and details of the fault so that we can arrange for a return or replacement of the item.
1.5 It is your responsibility to inspect the order upon receipt and to notify us within 7 working days of any issues or errors.
1.6 Some items will be shipped to you direct from the supplier/distributer. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the delivered item(s), please contact Ladies In The Field via email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 working days of receiving the item(s) and we will endeavour to rectify the issue for you.
1.7 Our postage rates above are to the UK Mainland. For rates on International Shipping, please contact us directly and we can provide a cost based on items ordered and location.
Returns & Exchanges
2.1 We offer a no questions asked 14 day exchange or refund policy for all non-sale items, providing the items are returned unworn (trying them on is obviously ok), unaltered, free from damage, with labels attached, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. We will give you a replacement (where we have stock) or full refund.
2.2 If you wish to make a return or an exchange, please contact us within 28days of receiving your items at email@example.com stating your order number, name and product you wish to return or exchange and we will reply within 48 hours.
2.3 Please note that any items for return or exchange must be returned to us within 28 days from the date of first placing your order. If not received within this time period, we unfortunately cannot refund or exchange.
2.4 If you wish to return an item for a refund, we will inspect the items once received back to us and send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Upon approval, a refund will be processed and applied to your credit / debit card that was used for the original purchase. Most refunds are processed and approved within 30days.
2.5 If your refund or exchange request is rejected (due to damage of the item caused by you, original packaging not included in the return and the item is not in a saleable condition), you will be notified via email.
2.6 It is your responsibility to pay for the return of items and to insure them appropriately as all items are your responsibility until they arrive back safely with us.
2.7 Sale items cannot be refunded but may be exchanged for a product of the same value. Sale items will be required to be returned to us in the original packaging, in a saleable condition and free from damage.
3.1 All customers have the right to cancel an order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
3.2 Your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
3.3 To meet the cancellation deadline, please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) before the cancellation period has expired.
3.4 If you have the goods in your possession, it is your responsibility to retain them and to take reasonable care of them. You must send the items back to our contact address at your own cost (unless the item is damaged or defective) within 28 days.
